Mel B’s abs workout

Mel B is famous for have washboard abs. She’s passionate about keeping them in tip top condition. ‘I love working my abdominals (abs). I choose four or five exercises, such as crunches, bicycles, the plank and V-sits and switch between them every 10 reps. I’ll do this three times through. This shocks my body and makes sure I hit my abs from all angles. It’s a killer,’ she says.
